I dont understand why people use Naruto

This was an ok idea, and I kinda liked it up to the point where the ninja summoned the snake demon thing. If you were inspired by Naruto, that doesn't mean you have to copy it. Since that came out, peoples views of ninja have been completely misconstrued.
After that, wtf was the energy wave thing? That was also a blatant DBZ rip off.
Don't get me wrong. It wasn't a bad animation, but I would have liked it better had it been more original.

ActiveObjectX responds:

Ok, the idea of summoning something is oldschool. That isnt just anime. The way to summon something, thats where the area gets fuzzy. I made that a naruto reference just for fun. But thats really the only naruto reference in the cartoon(oh yeah, the shadow clone thing). But aside from those, the other ninja stuff is just that, ninja stuff. It wasnt dbz actually, it was street fighter : ). The ninja used a normal hadouken, then charged up for the special hadouken. The jedi just launched the force at it with a beam which created an explosion. I wasnt thinking about dbz at all when i made it, but oh well. But, just cause i made him summon the dragon in a naruto fashion doesnt mean the ninja is all out a naruto ninja. And the dragon was actually based on spirited away, far far away from naruto. But oh well. Two references and I get a 0. Yessss.

Its good.

Don't get me wrong, but the animations didn't appear life like at all. I'm not sure what you were talking about when you said "motion capture" but I would try another approach next time. It apears that you put tons of time into this, so I'm not trying to bash you. You did great, but it could always be better.
After the first couple of actions (like the rolls at the beginning) it looked very wonky.

great job dude!

I smell a series! This was so amazingly well done. If you were to actually spend a tiny bit more time making the graphics a little more professional looking then I would say, make a series with bunches of scenarios and I would buy a DVD! lol

That was amazing!

That really was smooth! How many fps was that?

MackProductions responds:

Thanks! It was actually 17 fps, kind of a wierd choice but yeah, turned out pretty smooth for it. I usually vary from 15 to 20 fps.

Madness has seen better days

I would have to say that it is like madness, but doesn't hold the old awesomeness of madness. This wasn't over the top, or even funny at all. It was basically gore... Not much else. Could have used some better music that is more engaging, and maybe some story. This needs humor though. If it was really funny then this would have gotten a perfect score from me.

This is amazing

I love your style. Great job man. ^_^ The sound was perfect for the dream feeling, and the art was fantastical.

It was good but confusing

it seems like there was more thought behind the plot, but it wasn't shown in the movie. over all it is pretty nice but the sound has some minor problems with volume. Other than that it was fine. Dont listen to that other guy.

Very nice!

I recently did my first FBF too and I know how hard it is. :D Great job, but if you decide to keep doing these you might want to make them longer because the song was the reason that I continued to watch past the first couple of times it looped. lol ^_^

I have played video games since I was a wee little two year old. I love just about any videogame and type of music.
